NC DHHS is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) and Testing Specialist to support business process analysis and do various levels of testing towards implementation of a new case management solution
A Specialist level BA is needed to assist with the implementation of a new Case Management Solution. This development effort is being performed in multiple phases. This position is required to work in a rapid-paced development team environment that uses JavaScript, VBScript, Visual Basic, .NET.
Primary tasks include: • Understanding and development of business processes and data flows • Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes • Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements • Understanding gap analysis and assist with development of project artifacts including test plans, business requirements/user stories to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, create test cases to meet functional, integration, system, regression and performance test phases, and document test case results.
Additional tasks are documenting and tracking the requirements traceability, participating in user acceptance testing, project level and technical documentation.
The ideal candidate must possess hands on experience with following:
