REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
– TEN YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN REQUIREMENTS, ANALYSIS, IMPLEMENTATION, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS.
– PEOPLESOFT HR RELEASE 9.2 UPGRADE EXPERIENCE A MUST. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE FULL LIFECYCLE UPGRADE WHILE PERFORMING AS A FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL / TESTING RESOURCE.
– FUNCTIONAL PAYROLL, ABSENCE MANAGEMENT, TIME AND LABOR AND EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH PEOPLESOFT HR 9.1 AND 9.2.
– TECHNICAL PEOPLETOOLS 8.56, SQR, PEOPLECODE, APPLICATION ENGINE, XML PUBLISHER, PS QUERY, NVISION REPORTING AND COMPONENT INTERFACE EXPERIENCE.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
-UPGRADE PEOPLESOFT HCM FROM VERSION 9.1 TO 9.2.
-IMPLEMENT EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
-MAINTAIN PROJECT SCOPE, PLAN AND TIMELINE.
-WORK IN CONJUCTION WITH HCS DIRECTOR TO DEVELOP, CONFIGURE AND MIGRATE DATA.
-DEVELOP AND EXECUTE TEST PLANS.
-PROVIDE GO-LIVE SUPPORT.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE (6 YEARS).
