Must be onsite full time.
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience in analysis, design, and development of large, complex development projects minimum 7+ years
Experience in COBOL CICS IBM environment minimum 12 years
Experience in Naura One minimum 7+ years
Experience in the implementation of large-scale welfare project minimum of 7+ years
Experience of demonstrated aptitude and ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architecture minimum 7+
years.
Experience in EBT and electronic payment engines technology and related systems minimum 9+ years
Experience with financial systems including debit card systems, credit card risks management, and cash flow analysis
minimum 7+ years
Candidate must have strong communication skills: written, oral, and presentation.
Preferred/Not Required:
Experienced with analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing and implementing information systems
utilizing Natural One, Natural 2, ADABAS, COBOL, SQL, SCL on IBM and Unix/Linux environments. Experience in
financial system including ng debit card systems, credit card risks management, deposit systems cash-flow analysis, and
stored-value sales services.
Position Description and Job Skill Set:
MDHS is currently seeking a Senior level Natural application developer to continue maintenance and development for
the EBT Financial Interface Tracking System(FITS), including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families(TANF) settlement and liability reconciliation and Child Care Information
System and Child Care Payment System and any other added under the EBT program. MDHS is seeking consultant
services to collaborate with MDHS staff and provide a transfer of knowledge so that MDHS staff can support said
services comfortably.
