O365 Engineer
The O365 Engineer is the primary service delivery resource for O365 Advantage. A O365 Engineer will be will get to know our specific needs, challenges, and requirements. They act as the main point of contact for all Microsoft 365 technology related requests and serve as an extension into the deep bench of technical experts. As needed, they will bring in additional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that all your needs are being addressed.
The O365 Engineer is primarily responsible for:
• Technical Architecture and Design
• Technology and Application Workshops
• Service Delivery and Impact Resolution
• Advisory Services and Guidance
• Technological Expertise
• Technical Escalation Coordination
Architecture & Strategic Envisioning Workshops
As new technologies are introduced to Office 365, or as you are exploring the various components, our dedicated O365 Engineer will work to develop and lead customized Envisioning Workshops. These workshops will vary in length (typically 2-4 hours) and will provide a foundation on new technologies and guidance for moving forward. Your O365 Engineer will work with the DIT Team to determine a workshop schedule based on our strategic roadmap.
Examples of Strategic Envisioning Workshops include:
• SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange & Teams Overviews
• Security Settings & Records Management Policies
• Identity & Account Management
• Regular “What’s New in Office 365” sessions
