Summary of project: “The overall goal of the project is delivery of a roadmap for business process and technology changes related to community development and regulation (CDR) functions, including permitting, inspection, code enforcement, and land management capabilities. The project will gather business and technology requirements from multiple City agencies in order to complete a fit-gap analysis, the output of which will lead to roadmap for necessary or desired process and technology changes. Subsequent project(s) will be chartered to implement the roadmap and recommendations.”
