Position Description
This position is responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the management agency of the department.
They will perform system analyst assignments including but not limited to: gathering requirements, planning and analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications.
This employee may also troubleshoot and manage applications using the following tools: MS SQL Management Studio, Dynatrace, XML, Web Services, MS Power Apps, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Remedy, MS Sharepoint, MS Visio and other technical software as required.
This position will be maintaining customer COTS/SAAS applications and should have extensive experience with networks, firewalls, network architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities and basic application Support. Knowledge of NIST security controls and various computer languages a plus. Prior experience with advanced Technical Customer Service, the ability and drive to research and learn continuously with exceptional problem-solving skills is a MUST.
