The Helpdesk Analyst resource will provide support to Treasury end-users for their use of Personal Computer hardware, software, and applications, including Microsoft (MS) Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
The agency has standardized on Windows 10 operating system and Office 2019 for all agency desktop and laptop computers. Treasury in-house software, other PA state agency software and business partner software is also utilized. The resource is expected to assist/troubleshoot any Windows OS, MS Office, peripheral or basic network related issues that end users may encounter as well as access rights and login issues.
To be considered for the position, candidates MUST display experience providing significant troubleshooting support for Windows Operating Systems and for the full MS Office suite of products. Specific experience working with technical staff and helpdesk case management is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.
