Summary:
The PTC is looking for an individual to provide technical support for PA Turnpike Commission employees. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting PC’s in a Windows 10 / Office 365 environment. In addition to PC support the candidate must have experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices, network printers, Audio / Visual hardware and software (Webex, Cisco Jabber, etc.). The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing first and second level technical support on the phone in a call center environment or face to face customer interactions.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for the following
•Windows 10
•Office 365
•Network Printers
•Audio/Visual Hardware & Software including Webex and Cisco Jabber
•Mobile Device management and support (Android, iOS, Windows)
•Airwatch
•SCCM
•VMware / Horizon

A qualified candidate must have:
•4+ years of experience supporting the following in a medium to large environment:
osupporting Windows 7/10
osupporting Office 2013/2016, Office 365
osupporting network MFP’s (Print, Fax, Scan)
omobile device support (iOS and Android)
•1 year experience using ServiceNow in a support environment (not end user)
•Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
•The ability to troubleshoot problems accurately, work well under pressure and possess a patient attitude.
•The ability to listen attentively, speak calmly and comprehensively document user problems.
•Must be able to explain diverse technical topics in easy-to-understand language.
•Effective writing skills to assist with technical document creation
•Must be able to work independently
•Must be available onsite during normal business hours.
•Minimal travel required and must have a valid driver’s license.
