Remote Salesforce Admin with Excel, Unemployment Insurance, User Maintenance/security, DataLoader, Reports/Dashboards, training/documentation, testing experience

Location: Denver, CO (CDHS)
Duration: 15 months

Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will exhibit:

Highly Desirable Characteristics
Experience with advanced Excel formulas or databases
Experience with basic programming
Unemployment Insurance program experience
Detail oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Primary Duties Include :
Complete User Maintenance including adding new users, amending existing accounts, checking system permissions on user profiles, determining and creating data rules.
Data management to include managing data coming into the program to include data coming in from the DataLoader tool.
Building Reports and Dashboards that expose the wealth of information from data in Salesforce
Customize and Develop the Pages and Views the users need (adding Picklist Values, amending Page Layouts, creating assignment rules, and much more).
Producing the required training materials and documentation to support users in completing their work.
Testing new code and directing the User testing of new code.
Assisting in the deployment of new objects and changes to the system, participating test cases and package development.
Develop a deep understanding of the organization, its strategy, constraints, and goals in order to generate unique solutions to the problems at hand.

Leadership and Facilitation:
Support BHA in growing their capacity for HCD by demonstrating value, organically growing buy-in and integrating human-centered practices strategically throughout the organization.
Share knowledge, techniques, tools, patterns, and expert advice with colleagues, partners, and the public.
Technical ability to communicate with Information Technology professionals.
Working with both the Data and Evaluation team, and the Licensing and Designation Teams
Mentor and coach colleagues and partners who are taking on new tasks and roles.

Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights

Education and Experience:
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Substitution:
Additional, relevant, paid or unpaid experience can substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:

At least five years of experience working with salesforce applications.
Salesforce Certification
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the product delivery lifecycle using modern software development practices such as agile or lean.
