SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
THE CFS PROJECT TEAM S RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, THE CFS PROJECT IS PART OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES (DSS) AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, MAINTAINING, AND OBTAINING FEDERAL CERTIFICATION OF A FEDERALLY-MANDATED CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (CSES) THAT WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO THE OPERATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA’S CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT (CSE) PROGRAM AS WELL AS FOR COMPLETING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAMILY COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FCCMS) FOR THE 46 CLERKS OF COURT.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidates should be expert coder in both visual interfaces and web services construction. In addition, they should be expert in the most effective and efficient product development using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .ASP.net, .NET, MS SQL enterprise server and MS SQL enterprise server Reporting Services, TFS (Team Foundation Server). This includes code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment.
Also, must be familiar with the standard workflows and requirements of child support enforcement processing inclusive of knowledge of case, legal, financial, reporting and system-to-system data exchange under the Federal OCSE guidelines. As a critical team member, duties will include clarifying and translating requirements for the benefit of software development team members.
