Hybrid OCM Trainer with LMS, vendor management, PMO, organizational design, workforce transition, readiness/gap assessment, PROSCI experience

Some remote work is acceptable however in-person availability in Tallahassee, Florida is required for working sessions, stakeholder engagement, change champion engagements, communication, and visioning sessions.

At a minimum, the FX OCM Training Lead Consultant(s) shall:
a. Work under the direction of the Agency’s FXPA Transformation Manager or designated Organizational Change Management lead.
b. Manage FX Project Vendor Learning Management and Training planning activities according to FX Organizational Change Management standards and integrate into FX Program Training Plans.
c. Provide recommendations for Learning Management System best practices and integrated training implementations.
d. Manage FX Project Training Vendor planning and execution of activities to meet project People Readiness, Support Readiness, and Post Implementation Support.
e. Work collaboratively with the FX Program Administration, SEAS, IS/IP Vendor, EDW Vendor, UOC Vendor, PSM Vendor, CORE Vendor and FX projects teams to
integrate project Organizational Change Management Strategy, Workforce Transitions, Communications, and Training into the FX Program communication plan and FX Program Training plan that aligns to all project milestones in the FX roadmap.
f.Disseminate information to all Project Support Team members through electronic methods directed by the Agency and consistent with the project communication plan.
g. Comply with all FX EPMO standards and Agency policies and procedures.
h. Abide by AHCA security policies when accessing the AHCA’s buildings and systems.
i. Adapt to changes in daily work plans based on FXPA and Agency needs.
j. Perform other OCM tasks as requested by the FXPA Transformation Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:
a. A minimum of five years of experience performing organizational change management, organizational design and workforce transition duties, preferably with state and/or federal government projects.
b. Thorough understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
c. Demonstrated experience in managing people through change during large, enterprise technology projects.
d. Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communication strategies and materials, including emails, PowerPoint presentations and other media to update and communicate transformation value to audiences.
e. Experience conducting organizational change readiness assessments and process gap assessments with recommendations for solutions that drive improved employee
adoption and productivity.
f. Experience performing stakeholder analyses.
g. Experience developing and delivering stakeholder plans, and related training and communications, to support business strategy that are integrated across organizational design, culture, behavior, and change management.
h. Experience developing and leading Change Champion Networks.
i. Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization.
j.Experience evaluating resistance in adopting change at the user, process, and technology level.
k. Experience leveraging leading change management practices. l. Strong facilitation and presentations skills.
m. Experience preferred in designing creative and engaging infographic and storyboard materials to communicate vision/value proposition.
n. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. p. Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
q. Team player with ability to work collaboratively with clients and other client vendors. r. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
s. Ability to plan, organize, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
t. Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
u. Self-directed with ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
v. Relationship-building skills across teams, peers, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
w. Proficient in use of MS Office applications.
x. PROSCI or other change management methodology certification preferred.

The Agency requires staff augmentation consulting services to assist the FX Program Administration (FXPA) Organizational Change Management (OCM) team members to analyze, strategize, plan, and manage FX OCM Strategies and plans. The FXPA OCM team members will coordinate with all FX Vendors to plan and execute integrated critical Program OCM stakeholder engagement plans, change management strategies, communications, organizational design workforce transitions, implementations, and training in a phased approach that can be implemented over the next few years
