Hybrid /Local Project Coordinator with Sharepoint Experience

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Provide support for ABC IT projects to include planning and scheduling meetings, logistics, project administrative support, schedule updates, project reporting and coordination. Administrative support to include project management duties, assisting in or leading process improvement projects, tracking progress, developing and implementing new processes and procedures; records and document management, project planning, development, monitoring and reporting.

• Maintaining and monitoring program/project plans, and program/project schedules
• Tracking resource work hours
• Maintaining program and project budget trackers
• Analyzing project schedule and resource impact on program.
• Assisting with budget decision briefs and change requests
• Updating and maintaining SharePoint program and project sites
• Organizing, attending, participating in, and documenting stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Preparing weekly project updates and aligning on program update
• Preparing presentation and reporting metrics
• Conducting self-audits of required project/program artifacts
• Tracking stage-gate criteria throughout SDLC
• Ensuring program/project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes and impact on overall program
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking program/project tasks as required.
• Ensuring program/projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for
each project.
• Maintaining RAID log, Project Charter, Scope, Benefits Tracker, Project Plan, and Communication Plan
(project and program)
• Assessing program/project risks and issues and help facilitate team efforts to provide solutions where
applicable
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Maintaining a program and project calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Coordinating efforts with partner divisions, such as change management
• Ensuring alignment within the project teams
• Communicating effectively with business stakeholders and team(s)
• Supporting a collaborative spirit
