Remote Government SAP BASIS Admin with Linux/DB2, Windows/MSSQL, SuccessFactors and OpenText experience
Location: Jackson MS (DFA)
Duration: 12 months
Remote until deemed safe to travel. eventually will be required to be onsite in Jackson.
The following skills are required.
1. Five years’ experience with SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, support packages, patches, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance monitoring, and maintenance of multi-landscape environments.
2. Two years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client.
3. Two years’ experience with Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL.
OpenText Suite for SAP
Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
DFA is seeking to fill one (1) SAP BASIS Consultant. The consultant will provide technical support for the Mississippi Accountability System for Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC). MAGIC is the State of Mississippi’s ERP solution based on the SAP software. The software is used by all 120+ State agencies for their financial, procurement, grants management, and reporting needs. The financial, procurement, and grants management modules have been in production since 2015. The State is currently supporting the implementation the SAP SuccessFactors software for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll Processing. The consultant will support the SAP On- Premise applications and the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors software.
