VDEM implemented a SharePoint site for the agency that needs to be reassessed with a focus on usability for agency staff, ease of navigation and retrieval of information and ease of allowing updates for specific portions of the site by each business unit. The project is to work with the stakeholder to develop plan and storyboards, implement the changes and train agency staff to support posting and modifications of the the site for their business units.
