The Office of State Human Resources (OSHR), Temporary Solutions Division, is seeking an experienced MS SharePoint Developer who has the skills and experience to migrate existing SharePoint applications built with PlumSail forms and PowerAutomate to MS PowerApps and MS PowerApps Portal.
The candidate will work closely with Temporary Solutions business users and OSHR’s SharePoint Administrator to gather business requirements, design the new applications, develop the timeline for implementation, create the new applications and migrate data currently stored in SharePoint lists. This work will include developing, configuring and implementing PowerApps, Power Bi and Power Automate (Flow), to drive efficiencies, system integration and data integrity within the various business functions within Temporary Solutions.
This position will also identify new areas and business processes where PowerApps/SharePoint can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement. This position will collaborate with OSHR’s data team to align on reporting and data analytics currently being developed in either Power BI or Tableau.
Required Skills
-3 years – Experience developing and supporting SharePoint Applications.
o Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture.
o Experience managing SharePoint Permissions (Site Permissions, Document Library/List Permissions, Break Inheritance)
o Knowledge of managing SharePoint Lists and Document Libraries. (Filter & Sorting, Custom Views)
o Use of MS Forms or 3rd party forms for data collection.
-Experience with configuring and implementing PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow)

-Experience developing in MS PowerApps Portal with SQL Database (Dataverse)
