RMCC Plan Development and Training Execution:
Work with medical communications centers to identify needs and gaps surrounding the understanding disaster planning and response.
Present concepts and plan to the End User community.
Coordinate with multiple groups across the state to execute a Medical Communications Program Development Plan.
Conduct practice response sessions across the state.
HHS COVID-19 Reporting end user support, maintenance, and troubleshooting:
Become familiar with different workflows related to COVID-19 data submission (manual, SFTP); provide guidance and continuing support for end users across the state
Develop troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve reported issues to ensure compliance with federal CMS requirements.
Work with federal HHS partners to coordinate and implement planned changes to reporting.
Provides successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management. Completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Works with team comprised of State technical and program staff as well as suppliers from one or more firms. Ensures work standards and reviews/resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with project requirements. Reports in writing and orally to State management as necessary.
*Must be able to attend meetings in person in middle Tennessee and on occasion other parts of Tennessee.
