The NC DHHS Information Technology Division (ITD) currently maintains several FoxPro-based applications for the Division of Health Services Regulation (DHSR). Those applications, along with multiple manual processes, are being replaced by a new web-based, secure, multi-user application under the DHSR Enterprise Project. This development effort is being performed in multiple phases and is expected to last multiple years. This position is required to work in a rapid-paced development team environment using HP Quality Center ALM testing tool. The ideal candidate must have experience with interpreting business requirements to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, perform test cases to meet unit, system, regression and performance test phases, and document test case results. Candidate should have experience working in an Agile development environment and is required to conduct various levels of testing for this project.
