The following will be required to support the VITA Innovation program:
• Enhancement and coordination of the current Commonwealth Data Internship Program CDIP
• Enhancement and coordination of the Next Generation Data Analytics Program
Organize and encourage collaboration, engagement, open dialog, group creativity (brainstorming) sessions and other opportunities for idea/concept sharing
• Facilitate and coordinate internal and external customer technology needs analysis, customer meetings, supplier demonstrations. and perform account management activities in support of VIP initiatives
• Development of standard requirements, success criteria, systems of measurement, metrics and other methods of improvement and maturity
• Perform research of technology trends, coordinate publishing in the clearinghouse and coordinate dissemination of VIP materials in support of the VIP Breakers review process
• Maintain Communication Management Plans for the VITA Innovation Program
maintain and manage updates for the VIP website
• Maintain Management Plan updates as needed
• Perform SharePoint Site Management
• Develop and administer Customer Surveys, perform trend analysis and evaluate and report performance measures
• Provide Program Coordination support for VITA Innovation Program

Knowledge and experience with process, project or program coordination
Ability to organize and encourage collaboration
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage and prioritize tasks and time over multiple activities with competing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Some customer account management experience
Basic knowledge of innovative technologies.
