Experience developing or enhancing strategic plans that align agency financial business imperatives with technology initiatives 5+
Experience with developing complex data models, extract, transformation and load processes for analytic solutions. 5+
Experience with Grants Management and Fund Accounting Experience in Health and Human Service Agencies 5+
Enterprise Architecture experience including IT service and business capability gap analysis necessary to ensure strategic plan has risk mitigation strategies 5+
Experience managing state government projects5+
Experience presiding over and implementing large scale, state government IT projects5+
Power BI Experience 4+
Experience with IT projects using various development methodologies3+
Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.
Experience with project cost estimation, resource requirements, project timeline estimation and project procurement methods
