Minimum Qualifications
•Five (5) years’ experience in Developer/Programmer role
•Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Developer/Programmer role
•Three (3) years’ experience as a developer using each of the following:
oC# on ASP.NET
oMicrosoft T-SQL
•Two (2) years’ experience in:
oobject-oriented programming best practices
oN-Tier architecture concepts and development best practices
oRelational database decoupling and secure access methods
•3 engagements involving development on an N-Tier solution
•1 engagement of primary responsibility in the development of an N-Tier solution from start to finish
Desired Skills
•Development experience with Ingres technologies
•Experience with Workflow frameworks
•Experience developing micro-services
•Ability to transform code into C#/ASP.NET and T-SQL from other languages such as:
oIngres ABF
oIngres RW
oIngres SC
oan older dialect of Visual Basic
oDOS .BAT
oPerl
oCold Fusion
•Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code
•Experience with tools such as version control, build management, requirements management, or bug and issue tracking

Sample Tasks
•Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in C#/ASP.NET and T-SQL in accordance with project coding standards and the direction of the Enterprise Architect
•Provide Leadership to other developers in accordance with architectural directives
•Access and assess legacy code in older languages and recreate the functionality in .NET
•Write and execute automatable unit testing code and scripts on all developed business code to consistently ensure operability of functionality at the time of each formal build
•Conduct string testing periodically to ensure business code produces the required results
