ORSIS COBOL Developer with Java, AWS, Innowake, CentOS and Child Support System / Office Recovery Services experience

The Office of Recovery Services has recently migrated ORSIS, their case management system, from an IBM Z/OS mainframe system to the AWS cloud. They are looking for two programmers to assist state development team maintain and enhance this system.
The ORSIS system was originally written in COBOL and JCL. The system was then translated into Java using the Innowake/Deloitte conversion process and is running in CentOS within the Innowake emulation environment.
Because of this background, strong preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in Cobol development and familiarity with java, the Innowake environment and framework, and the business processes and requirements of the Office of Recovery Services.
Scoring Criteria:
60% Depth of Experience with ORSIS
10% Familiarity with Child Support Systems
30% Rate
