This position needs to filled to be filled to function as the liaison between VITA and SAIC in VITA’s role as Service Tower Supplier, working with internal Service Providers for internal Services and support the introduction and ongoing sevice oversight og VITA services in the Service catalog. The role will also chair the VITA as an STS governance forums. Needed to serve as the single point of contact for resolution of billing data updates, billing inquiries, billing disputes, forecasting and budget, etc. of all VITA provided services.
Broad knowledge and/or hands on experience in multiple IT Services within the following areas: service desk, end user services (PCs, mobile technology, messaging), data center (server, storage, mainframe), network, voice, and cyber security
Demonstrated success influencing others, conflict resolution, sound judgment in managing sensitive data
Proven success in achieving outcomes through collaboration across the business
Foundational IT/technical knowledge preferred (e.g. ability to understand Agile methodology, SDLC process).
Must demonstrate strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to set priorities and adapt to changes in a quick, professional manner
Detail Oriented with the ability to organize and coordinate activities
