Minimum qualifications
a. Live in the State of Washington or provide a commitment that will move to Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected
b. Ten (10) plus years of leadership experience. Confirm, yes or no, and describe your leadership style and approach.
c. 3 years of Workday Implementation experience. Confirm, yes or no, and describe the size and complexity of the implementation.
d. 3 years Organizational Change Management experience. Confirm, yes or no, and describe methodologies you have used.
e. 3 years of Business Transformation experience. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
f. 5 years of leading an ERP Implementation project, with decentralized processes such as Budget, Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources/Payroll. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
g. Budget development experience of ERP Implementations. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
h. Experience managing and directing a project of 50 million dollars or more. Include the size of the team. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
i. Experience in leading a large and growing team of 50 people or more that you do not supervise. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
j. Demonstrated ability to lead a phased ERP Implementation with multiple business owners, with a shared vision, and equal accountability. Confirm, yes or no, and describe.
k. Available throughout the initial implementation planned July 2025, and planned future Phases, full time, no known conflicts, and available during standard business hours, local time, Olympia, WA, which includes the ability to perform this work both in person, or in a hybrid remote approach.
