Description:
Responsible for providing help desk assistance to the end-users on PC software, computer and peripheral equipment within the DMH Central Office; Configure & deploy new PCs; Upgrade and reimage existing PCs; Install & maintain operating system software, including new releases of existing software; Assisting the Information Systems Director in maintaining the DMH Central Office local area network with the assistance from our network maintenance vendor.
