NC DHHS is seeking an expert level business analyst and testing specialist to support business process analysis towards implementation of a new PHP Contract Deliverable Utility(PCDU) Application for Managed care Transformation.
This position will work closely with the development team to understand the Application , and will work with the Operations and Maintenance team to maintain this Application after Managed care Go-Live.
Primary tasks include: • Understanding and development of business processes and data flows • Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes • Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements • Understanding gap analysis and assist with development of project artifacts including test plans, business requirements/user stories to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, create test cases to meet functional, integration, system, regression and performance test phases, and document test case results.
Additional tasks are documenting and tracking the requirements traceability, participating in user acceptance testing, project level and technical documentation.
The ideal candidate must possess hands on experience with following:
• Extensive knowledge of applicable business case management systems, business system analysis techniques, problem solving and testing methodologies
