SCC seeks a Program Coordinator contractor for the Health Benefit Exchange division (HBE). This position will work with the SCC’s HBE to support the implementation of a State Benefits Exchange (SBE), to go live in time for open enrollment starting November 1, 2023. The overall program includes an implementation project led by an SCC project manager with a supplier counterpart to implement a platform and customer assistance center (CAC) and collateral activities that may either intersect with or run parallel to the implementation project. All of these activities must be tracked and managed.

This position will assist the HBE project manager and the Deputy Director for Organizational Governance and Program Management in maintaining an integrated master schedule for both the implementation project and the collateral activities; developing and maintaining risk, issue, action item and decision (RAID) logs and associated processes and procedures; scheduling meetings and tracking outcomes, actions and next steps; and other duties as may be required to ensure a successful SBE launch and hand off to HBE operations.

Responsibilities Include:
• Maintaining an integrated master schedule in MS Project
• Developing draft processes and procedures
• Developing and maintaining RAID logs; serve as the HBE coordinator for these logs, following up with
RAID owners to ensure that the appropriate activities occur
• Handling meeting logistics including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes and action items for follow-up
• This position may be asked to act as the HBE project manager for one or more small out-sourced projects related to SBE go-live and of relatively short durations
• Other duties as may be assigned to ensure a successful SBE launch and handoff to HBE operations
