Onsite Govt HR/Payroll Project PM with test scripts/cycles experience
Location: Jackson, MS (DFA)
Duration: 20 Months
Offsite primary but MUST be willing to go onsite during critical stages of the project.

The applicant must have participated in a senior role on a project for a payroll solution.
Participated on an IT project for a public sector client
Has experience writing test scripts
Has experience leading test cycles
Has supervision and hands on experience
Has functional knowledge of HR and Payroll
Has leadership competencies
Has strong organizational skills
Has excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear)
This position is a functional role for a statewide project to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll,
SAP ECC Time Management, and SAP ECC Travel Management. The selected person will lead assigned tasks across
project Functional Teams. The selected person will also identify, track, and communicate cross-team impacts. This role
will likely include the following duties:
– Function as the project’s Change Control Manager
– Document integration business processes and track changes
– Review and provide feedback on defined test scenarios
– Oversee and report progress for selected test cycles
– Lead system environment refresh planning
– Participate in resolving system issues
– Assist leading semi-annual SuccessFactors update release activities
– Participate in Project Team Leadership planning meetings
