NC Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Technical Lead for managing the ongoing Operations and enhancements to PCDU Application. This Application is managed in-house by the State Team.
This position is to serve as a Technical Lead for the NCDHHS in the design, development, maintenance of React based application. Practical experience in building enterprise applications is required. Experience in React JS ,Node JS ,GraphQL. This application is build on AWS , knowledge on S3,ECR,ECS is required.
Good understanding of enterprise architectural patterns including JEE design patterns is required. Good understanding of relational database concepts, specifically Oracle, and software development life cycle is required. Individual in this Position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of mission critical applications. This position involves working with the project manager, project management staff, other members of the project team, and stakeholders.
Exhaustive Working knowledge of:
Design, develop and maintain React based solutions using common standards and frameworks. Excellent knowledge of web client-side technologies is required. Experience in using AWS Container, S3,ECR,ECS. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills and Knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns including JEE design patterns is required.
Working knowledge of:
Basic understanding of database maintenance, ETL Concepts, client-server application architecture, telecommunications aspects of multi-platform systems; Software Development Life Cycle; Code Deployment in cloud; security model;
Demonstrated ability to:
