Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
6 Required Supporting Enterprise Applications including Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting
4 Required Experience in Salesforce administration in an Enterprise Environment
2 Required Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using Agile software development methodologies.
2 Required Experience working independently to facilitate meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary across the State of Texas.
1 Preferred Experience in Database/Analytics Systems development and deployment experience, as well as front-end visualization
1 Preferred Salesforce Architect Certification
1 Preferred Salesforce Administration Certification

The Health and Human Service Commissions (HHSC) Information Technology (IT) Administrative Applications requires the services of one (1ea) Salesforce Administrator hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of Systems Analyst 2 and the specifications outlined in this document for Texas Health and Human Services.
Job Description – This Salesforce Administrator contractor position will perform administrative and support work for a Covid-related project (Vaccine Event Management) on HHSC’s Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for Administration as well as Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting of customer tickets. This position will work closely with developers focused on programming applications and web-services based on the industry’s leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. This position will require working during off hours, including holidays and weekends.
