Experience translating complex technical information from many sources into clear and concise documentation both in writing and graphical format. Required 5 Years
Ability to work with staff from various technical/non-technical areas and at all levels Required 5 Years
Attention to detail with respect to grammar, spelling, and other editing errors Required 5 Years
Ability to handle sensitive information and material in compliance with internal/external security requirements. Required 5 Years
Proven ability to meet aggressive timelines Required 5 Years
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft office products (word, excel, visio, etc) Required 5 Years

Technical Writer with experience documenting help documentation for a web-based application. The project is approaching implementation and a resource is needed to document the help screens for the new application.
Knowledge:
Broad diversified background in information technology, business systems analysis, technical environments, and application project management in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of technical terms.
Exceptional knowledge of providing online help to users of a new system.
Ability:
To create online help for each field for each screen.
To create online help instructions that are easy to understand and easy to follow with the goal of completing a transaction without requiring assistance.
