Position (Job ID #1): Technical Architect
Location: 24 Fairfield Ave, Albany, NY, 12205.
Duties:
· Work with users and functional leads to understand user requirements and identify the automation needs.
· Design and document system architecture diagram, application architecture diagram, deployment architecture. Document the strategies and technologies that will be used to develop the proposed software solution.
· Develop a proof of concept (POC) based on the architectures designed and strategies proposed.
· Demonstrate the POC to all the stakeholders to explain how the architecture supports the proposed solution and how several components and layers of the architecture interact with each other.
· Design the high-level domain centric layers and low-level technical components of the system and define a way of how these layers/components interact with each other.
· Develop the software for data access layer, business layer, web API layer and web user interface layer using design principles and design patterns for performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility, maintainability, and security.
· Develop code release strategies like branching, merging, build and deployment.

Position Requirements:Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus two years of experience in any position/title providing experience with .Net & WebAPI.
Special Requirements:
Qualifying experience must include experience with .Net & WebAPI.
Position requires travel/relocation to various client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
