ü 8+ years of experience providing Application Production Support in Microsoft Technologies
ü Prepare technical documentation by understanding the application workflows
ü Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provides fix recommendations
ü Expert in MVC, ASP.NET with C#, Rest/SOAP services to understand and troubleshoot applications
ü Expert in Design Patterns to understand applications architecture/framework
ü Proficient to understand applications built using Silverlight
ü Proficient SQL Server to understand database objects relations and analyze stored procedure to gain business knowledge/workflow of applications
ü Proficient in SSIS Package and SSRS reports
