SQL Server Developer/DBA with Reporting Services, Analysis Services, automated Export, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, Transact SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL, .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, VMWare and Business Analysis experience

Minimum Qualifications
• Ten (10) years’ experience in Database Development role using Microsoft SQL Server with at least two years in version 2012 or higher.
o A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two (2) years, or an Associate’s degree substitutes for one year.
o Experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator substitutes one for one up to six (6) years.
o No substitutions allowed for the requirement for at least two years in version 2012 or higher
• Five (5) years’ experience with the following:
o SQL Server Reporting Services and Analysis Services
o Architecting new SQL Server environments in cooperation with Windows System Administrators and programmers.
o Creating automated Export, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to exchange data between dissimilar systems
o Microsoft Transact SQL
o Training and mentoring technical staff on SQL Server and related development tools
o Designing new databases
o Migrating data from old to new systems or between dissimilar systems.
Desired Skills
• Ability to understand front-end users requirements and a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Proven work experience as a Database developer
• In-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security and monitoring)
• Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications
• MySQL, MSSQL, DB2, Oracle, MS SQL or MS Access
• Familiarity working with .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML and Oracle
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience as a Business Analyst (BA)
• Experience in implementing SQL Server environments within a VMWare virtualization environment
