Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
3 Experience with ServiceNow development, scripting and configuration (specifically client scripting, business rules, UI policies, roles and workflows)
3 Experience implementing ITIL Methodologies in a ServiceNow environment
3 Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements
1 Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external applications

5 Experience with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
4 Asset Management, Configuration & Discovery tool implementation
3 Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
3 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
2 Governance, Risk and Compliance
1 Experience with ServiceNow UI 16
Experience Implementing Unified Compliance Framework library

As a ServiceNow Developer, the Worker will need to have extensive experience with ServiceNow implementations, workflow engines, and have familiarity with ITIL processes. Particular emphasis is on the Asset Management, Configuration & Discovery tool implementation as well as Governance, Risk and Compliance & Unified Compliance Framework library as well as roles-based security while ensuring successful integration with other SN modules (e.g. Incident, Request Fulfillment, Change, and Problem). Must have strong development skills and will be responsible for coding and testing technical solutions. The Worker must be able to bridge the gap between the defined business processes and technical requirements. Must be able to follow software development processes, follow a detailed project plan and generate work estimates. The Worker must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.

Onsite Requirements: Worker will be required to work on site with the team. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Direct Supervisor.
