Mandatory Requirements
1. The Contractor will need at least 3-years of experience in supporting and implementing ServiceNow, including in-depth knowledge and experience in best practices on ServiceNow platform administration.
2. The ServiceNow Administrator must have experience working on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Technical Qualificaations
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow to configure and recommend configuration changes to improve system stability and performance
• ServiceNow platform administration experience including issue and performance mitigation
• Experience with, and ability to, monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with scripting in languages like JavaScript, XML or JSON
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with configuring and enhancing core applications, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Change Management, Application Portfolio, Project Portfolio, Discovery and Reporting/Dashboarding
• Experience with, and ability to, develop quality documentation that clearly articulate solutions and perform demonstrations

Desirable Qualifications
1. Certified ServiceNow Administrator
2. Certified ServiceNow Developer
3. Software Asset Management (SAM) and/or ITOM Discovery experience.

o Full ServiceNow Enterprise instance implementation
• ServiceNow Upgrade
o Coordinate and execute platform version upgrade
o Coordinate and execute ServiceNow instance cloning
• ServiceNow Applications Implementation
o Automated Tested Framework
o Mobile Apps Replacement
o Agent Workspace
o SAM
o Test Management 2.0
o Performance Analytics and Dashboard
• ServiceNow Platform Administration
o Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues
o Configure ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies and Data Dictionary
o Create, update, and maintain connection between Active Directory and ServiceNow settings associated with LDAP, SSO Integration, and MID Server.
