Salesforce BA with Agile, SharePoint, Visio, JIRA, TFS, Azure RP, QA and government experience
Location: Indianapolis IN (Indiana Department of Child Services)
Duration: 6 months
Visa: GC/USC (C2H possibility)
Must hold minimum 5-7 years prior BA experience.
Must have prior Salesforce experience.
Must have prior experience working in an Agile environment.
Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft products: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio. Other knowledge or useful experience of Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Axure RP.
Expertise with full software development life cycle including software system analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing, code review and production system support (Expert)
Ability to understand QA/Testing – Approaches, Applications
Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches to successful project implementations; including Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and project management principles
Any prior state government experience preferred, not required.
The BA Manager will look to this person to have command with the team, to be a lead, to mentor and guide others as needed.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities will include:
Helping to bridge the gap between business and the DCS IT development team and will support DCS’ child welfare system called MaGIK (Management Gateway for Indiana’s Kids).
Will be transitioning KidTraks and Casebook to a new system, most likely built on a Salesforce platform.
