QA PM with project quality assurance and WA/government experience
Location: 300 Desmond Drive SE, Lacey WA (Washington State Department of Ecology)
Duration: 3 years
1) Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
(a) Project Quality Assurance or Project Management experience totaling five or more years including one or a combination of, see below:
• Recent (within the past five years) experience successfully performing Project Quality Assurance technical activities such as development of detailed Project Quality Assurance schedule, work plan(s) and planning activities, monitoring routine assessments, deliverables, issues, risks and generate reports and reporting to executives, and other QA activities as outlined in OCIO Policy 132.30 Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities.
• Recent (within the past five years) experience as a lead or deputy project manager providing the successful project management (PM) services such as development of detailed PM schedule, work plan(s) and planning activities, monitoring routine assessments, deliverables, issues, risks and generate reports, and reporting to executives, and other QA activities as outlined in OCIO Policy 132.30 Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities.
(b) Experience providing Quality Assurance and/or Project Management services on projects of similar size, risk, and complexity as described herein.
2) Highly Desired Qualifications and Experience:
(a) Have experience providing Project Quality Assurance Assessments for Washington state government entities.
C. Work Requirements
(1) Initial Project Readiness Assessment – Scope of Work Requirements will be in alignment with OCIO Standard 132.20 Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities – Readiness Assessment.
(2) Project Quality Assurance – Scope of Work Requirements include all areas as defined in the Quality Assurance Provider Responsibilities section of OCIO Policy 132 – Project Quality Assurance and in alignment with OCIO Standard 132.30 Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities.
(3) Periodic Assessment and Reporting – Scope of Work Requirements will be in alignment with the regular assessment and report content sections of OCIO Standard 132.30 Minimum Project Quality Assurance Activities.
