Project Coordinator/PM with mathematical concepts, reporting, SDLC, MS Office and RDBMS experience

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice or related field and two years of experience conducting research, analyzing and reporting data.
• A combination of education and comparable experience may substitute for educational degree.
• Three to five years of experience supporting large, complex, IT related projects.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to handle and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to review reports, data and trends to gather important identifiers such as methods and motives that can lead to better deployment of resources.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical reference.
• Techniques required to produce technical reports in an appropriate format, link charts, association matrices, intelligence bulletins, other specialized reports and graphic presentations.
• Ability to independently and proactively scope, assign and track work to completion.
• Ability to independently engage a range of resources from executive management to frontline personnel.
• General knowledge of project management principles.
• General knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Willingness and ability to remain current on job procedures through various sources, training courses, and organizational meeting to keep abreast of current changes and events.
• Ability to independently comprehend and follow general direction that guides position’s complex assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software usage, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of relational database.
