PeopleSoft Admin with HCM, FSCM, ELM, EPM, FMS, Interaction HUB, DBA, Windows/Linux, performance tuning and Integration Broker experience
Location: St Paul MN (MMB)
Duration: 4-16 months
Minimum Qualifications
• 5 years’ combined experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Management System (FMS), and/or Interaction HUB.
• 5 years’ combined experience with database management and administration concepts and procedures.
• 3 years’ combined experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• 5 years’ combined experience evaluating system performance, identifying performance issues, and recommending corrective actions to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
• 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise application production systems.
• 3 years’ experience configuring Integration Broker.
Desired Skills
• Experience in PeopleSoft version 8.54 to 8.56
• Experience supporting an Interaction hub
• Experience on implementation of Oracle solutions
Sample Tasks
• Troubleshoot and support implementation of Interaction HUB through all phases of the project.
• Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team as needed.
• Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, and decisions.
• Work with software vendor to submit defects and issues.
• Provide other project related experience as necessary.
• Perform analysis to help resolve issues and document accordingly.
• Create, document and track issues and resolution.
• Complete technical specification documentation per standards.
