90 % Expert routing and switching knowledge : Mostly, but not limited to Cisco networking: routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching (VLAN, Spanning-tree, port configuration. QoS, VRF) ; Cisco Firewalls; Cisco Wireless, Aruba wireless, Meraki

Ability to manage and support Cisco 3850, 3750, 3560, 2960 switches
Ability to manage and support Cisco 881 router and Cisco ASA5505, ASA5516 firewalls. Fortigate firewalls is a plus.
Ability review existing configuration and setup and troubleshoot network outages and performance issues
Ability to obtain and analyze network packet captures/traces.
Must have critical thinking, ability to work through and solve issues either alone or in a group.
Ability to update and configure ASA firewalls
Ability to support Cisco AnyConnect
Cisco Data Center 9k series platform
Support WAN technologies – MPLS/DMVPN/Internet DMZ
Manage and support Wireless LAN (Cisco 5500 WLC, 3700 and 3800 APS)
Knowledge of Meraki and Cisco ISE a plus
Ability to use Solarwinds

5 % Knowledge : Cisco Unified Voice
Troubleshoot Cisco Unified Voice
Provide MACD support for unified voice
Troubleshoot with Carrier ISDN/transport

In support of the functions above,
Participate in the Team 7×24 on-call coverage rotation, supporting the need for :
Troubleshooting assist for sev1 and high severity incident
Scheduled Standard and emergency changes

Knowledge below is critical for the position and will be obtained by the Engineer via Campbell provided knowledge transfer :
Complete understanding of Snyder Lance IT architecture standards and security policies
Through understanding of the Campbell/Snyder Lance network Architecture
Awareness and accountability for the operational impact of changes to all networking hardware and configurations.
Remedy application : Change and Incident modules
Incident management

With the above requirements met, immediate need is for the Engineer to
Provide ON LOCATION network support in the Charlotte HQ. Support is for HQ, the Plant and Data Center. Must have the ability to drive to the Plant or the Data Center as support or change calls require.
Work directly with the Snyder’s Lance network team in support of remote plants, warehouses and offices.
Will assist with network integration efforts with the Campbell’s Network.
