Qualifications
7 or more years of Full-stack Enterprise Application Development experience
Follows and mentors team members on Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process
Leads and contributes to Architecture/Design of Application, Technical/Non-functional User Stories, Code and Quality Reviews, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
Great written and verbal communication to development peers and to development management
Ability to manage Unit Test, Code Complexity and other Engineering Metrics using automated tools
Ability to setup and manage CI/CD automation
Ensures governance or enforcement of Enterprise guidelines and standards
Occasionally codes significant or high risk application components
