Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks
1) Perform system analysis and design needed for the planning, development, and implementation of IT systems;
2) Develop design and functional specifications which will provide the best solution for new application development and ongoing maintenance of existing applications;
3) Produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned;
4) Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements;
5) Provide application support of the DEO Applications;
6) Participate in the full systems lifecycle and design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software;
7) Develop test data and test new or modified applications and systems to validate that planned results are obtained;
8) Provide support to Issues and Adjudication framework, appeals, SIDES, batches, correspondences, fact findings templates, and claims process; and
9) Perform SQL optimization for reporting, explores oracle tools and other DB tools for staging test data.

Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria
1) Two plus (2+) years of experience with CONNECT, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Claims (UC) system;
2) Five Plus (5+) years of experience with C# software development;
3) Five plus (5+) years of experience with relational databases;
4) Two – Five (2-5) years of experience with programming/systems analysis experience;
5) Understanding of N-Tier Architecture;
6) Experience as a team member on a team of five (5+) developers;
7) Understanding of Agile or Waterfall Development Methodology;
8) Licensure/registration/certification requirements (if applicable, list the appropriate Florida Statute or federal regulation cite);
9) .net 4.0 Framework or later;
10) ASP.Net;
11) Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 or later;
12) Team Foundation Server (TFS);
13) ANSI SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server);
14) Crystal Reports;
15) Experience with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBL Gen;
16) Web Services (WSDL, SOAP or WCF);
17) Scrum Experience;
18) Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);
19) Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (web services);
