Scope of Work
Within the existing technical environment, infrastructure and framework, provide maintenance development effort under the direction of OSPI Application Development Leadership in support of any OSPI data collection and data reporting system / process. Maintenance development efforts will include but are not limited to: Student Data Collection and reporting (CEDARS) and all collection, review and certification system applications that utilize data and information collected within CEDARS, as well as teacher and certification data collection and reporting system applications such as Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT), as well as Free and Reduced Price Lunch (FRL) data collection and reporting systems, as well as any federal data collections and reporting processes.

Work Requirements
Contractors engaged in this contract will be expected to work within the .NET framework and MS-SQL for application development and:
• Provide technical application design, development, testing and implementation services.
• Participate in weekly work prioritization meetings.
• Complete accurate estimates for all deliverables assigned.
• Complete all development for all deliverables assigned.
• Develop test plans for deliverables as directed.
• Execute test plans as directed.
• Document all development work in accordance with the defined work management process.
• Provide technical support to the OSPI Customer Support Team as directed.Deliverables
o Resources associated with this contract will be required to attend no less than two (2) weekly development planning meetings per month as scheduled and facilitated by OSPI Application Development leadership.
o Performance expectations and deliverables for each month will be established and monitored at the weekly development planning meeting.
o Resources associated with this contract will be held accountable to the performance expectations and deliverables established at the weekly development planning meeting and failure to adequately meet these performance expectations and deliverables may result in the removal of that resource from this effort.

Acceptance Criteria
Deliverables for this contract will be established at mandatory weekly development planning meetings and will reference work tickets contained in OSPI’s Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) system. Deliverables will be accepted upon completion of work associated with the prioritized builds and assigned TFS work items.
