Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in technology or minimum 5 years’ experience designing, developing and implementing enterprise reporting systems;
Mulesoft Developer/Engineer (Mule 4 certification preferred) – Salesforce Certification (Administrator or Developer);
3+ years of combined MuleSoft API development and Salesforce experience: strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint and Salesforce platform (custom objects, Apex, reports, process builder, lead conversion, RAML etc.);
Direct experience and development using Salesforce.com and MuleSoft Anypoint platform;
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools);
Strong technical foundation including: 3-5+ years of experience with enterprise integration and MuleSoft integration, advanced structured programming – Force.com, MuleSoft Anypoint, RAML specification;
Experience with MuleSoft development and design best practices, ESB message integration techniques, aggregation, transformation, dynamic routing, content-based routing, scatter gather using Mule ESB;
Experience building custom framework and components in MuleSoft including scalable Mule flows and error handling;
Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful, SOAP and Microservices;
Experience using Mule MUnit and JMeter to test regular Mule flows;
Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches to successful project implementations; including Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and PMBOK project management principles;

Responsibilities:
Supports the DCS CSB-IT as a Mulesoft developer/engineer on Mulesoft and Salesforce projects;
Creates business workflow within salesforce and creates scientific surveys for CSB applications;
Integrates various third-party Salesforce components and internal API’s and interfaces;
Works and coordinates with the CSB-IT DevOps Team and liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce;
Ensures data structure and relationships are setup and duplication prevented/cleaned up; reporting tools created per agency needs;
Plans and reviews the technical and/or business implications of the application of technology and/or improve processes to the current and future business environment;
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of user needs and business systems and industry requirements;
Leads research and analysis for identified performance improvement projects;
Manages projects as designated following agency project management processes and tools;
Manages the expectations of customers, stakeholders, peers, vendors and management;
Creates process change through the integration of new processes with existing ones and communication of changes to impacted Business Systems teams;
Performs related duties as assigned.
