Mandatory Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s Degree
2. Two Years of work related experience
3. Experience in: Organizing, analyzing and understanding business processes and workflows, developing procedure manuals, user manuals, etc.

Desirable Experience
1.At least 3 years experience documenting and analyzing business processes and developing systems documentation, preferably for a large scale human services development project. Documentation material should include but not be limited to use case diagrams, flow charts, truth tables, and data element tables.
2.At least 1 year experience using Rational Requisite Pro and the Rational Unified Process for requirements tracing and change management.
3.At least 1 year experience in a system testing environment preferably using defect tracking software.
