The Project Manager will report to the Director of  Strategic Initiatives and be responsible for driving the execution of the agency's initiatives for Information Technology Projects.  The Project Manager will lead the designated team in meeting established goal within timeframes outlined.  The Project Manager must have outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and have demonstrated success in managing complex teams. Specifically, it is expected that the Project Manager will be proficient and have demonstrated success in the following three areas:

• Working well without close supervision.

• Understanding project vision and effectively creating project parameters to fulfill that vision.

• Effectively communicating with personnel of all levels to document procedures and requirements.

• Developing comprehensive schedules for tasks and overall project completion.

• Effectively managing project execution.

• Excellent knowledge of business process management concepts and practices.

• Experience supporting a variety of functional areas.

• Understanding of fundamentals of Information Technology.
