Mandatory Requirements:
1.An Associate’s Degree (or higher)
2.Minimum two years application development experience using Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development
3.Minimum two years application development experience using N-tiered client/server development
4.Minimum two years application development experience using Web Services
5.Minimum two years experience performing development work using Visual Studio.net
6.Minimum two years experience using Windows 2000/2003/2007/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System)
7.Minimum two years experience using IIS
8.Minimum two years experience using Oracle 9i, 10g or higher
Desirable Experience:
1.Two or more years experience with Microsoft ASP.Net and VB.NET. Experience as a Web GUI designer and knowledge of accessibility compliance issues a plus.
2.Two or more years experience with Oracle 9i or higher, including SQL tuning and PL/SQL coding.
3.Two or more years experience developing Web applications using HTML and ASP.
4.Three or more years experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems
5.One or more years experience developing projects related to social services (for example, Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or government accounting.
6.One or more years development experience complying with government ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) specifications.
