MANDATORY Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptops. (Pass/Fail)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a particular technical and/or business application which is beyond the requirements addressed in the Mandatory Requirement #1 as defined in a Project Definition/Specifications.
- Examples include but are not limited to: Certified Network Engineer (CNE), Lotus Notes Certified Application Developer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), PC Computer Designer, Web Master, etc. (Pass/Fail)
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Two or more years experience with application load testing and troubleshooting. This includes developing test plans, defining metrics to troubleshoot application problems. Experience with HP LoadRunner a plus.
- Two or more years experience establishing procedures and policies for application monitoring. This includes areas like: initial requests for new application, detailed analysis, release testing, establishing performance strategies, service goals and SLAs with business units.
- Two or more years experience conducting training and knowledge transfer to technical staff. This experience should include giving presentations to technical and non-technical staff.
- One or more years of experience with monitoring Microsoft .Net applications with Precise I3 / I2.
- One or more years of experience with monitoring J2EE applications with Precise I3 / I2 a plus
