The Developer should have at least 2 years of experience in web software development, with a specialization in Flash and Actionscript technologies. Candidates for this position should be ready to show us a portfolio of web projects involving Flash and Actionscript.  Experience working with local government and/or large non-profits is a strong plus.
  
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2 years of Web development experience
• Mastery of Flash/Actionscript development
• A portfolio of Web projects, including Flash/Actionscript components
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
