Experience as a Java developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Required 7 Years
Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required 7 Years
Technical knowledge in the following areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, and XSL. Required 7 Years
Technical knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets and Web Services Standards (SOAP and WSDL). Required 7 Years
Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools. Highly desired 7 Years
Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere. Highly desired 7 Years
Experience with FileNet, Laserfiche and OnBase Required 7 Years
Experience with Agile Development Highly desired 7 Years
Experience in development with both the Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules Highly desired 7 Years
Experience in Java development using a SDLC and source control Required 7 Years

The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contractor resource to assist with the development and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST). This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST development. They will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development, and may act in the role of senior technical developer.

Duties include but are not limited to: leading design requirements development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional design, and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience connecting to published API’s to extract requisite data from Laserfiche and OnBase Document Management Systems for import into FileNet, Creating batch conversion jobs, developing application validation, business and workflow process modeling, business reengineering and reporting modules. These activities will involve the use of Oracle, use of XML technology, Subversion, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include reporting statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager, and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.
